Fjällräven review at Robert Boisen & Like-minded

We bought print and outdoor back for one intense week in KK3 to see what the guys could do in just 5 days! They did not disappoint. Making some great ideas for the iconic Swedish outdoor brand Fjällräven (“Arctic fox”). Heinrich Veijlgaard and René Sohn Kammersgaard from Robert Boisen & Like-minded invited us to the agency and gave some great input on the work. They then chose a shortlist … and … one winner! Well done to all and especially the Swedish schnaps winners for “Best Campaign” – Ole B. Hoffmann & Kristoffer Winther Sørensen. Skål!IMG_5372IMG_5371

KK students win in London!

Last night Philip Bock and Morten Schmidt from KK3 received an award at the British YCN Student Awards (YCN is short for “You Can Now” and is an organization empowering young creative talent).

Each year, YCN publish a book with a bunch of open briefs for creative students to try and crack. When Philip and Morten did their exchange program in London a few months ago, they discovered the book and decided to take up the challenge.

Their winning solution will be published in the next YCN book which will also contain a bunch of exciting, new briefs. Well done guys!

Students featured in latest Archive magazine!

Casper Christensen and René Schultz from KK 3rd year just sent out a pretty cool ‘job application’ in the form of a very limited edition of Lüzer’s Archive Magazine. This special copy (made in Jutland, with a print run of just 20) is a cheeky version of the real publication, containing their own campaigns, interviews etc. They sent out copies to around 17 advertising agencies … and each cover (just like the real Archive) was personalized to showcase work from a specific agency. They’ve already received some great press coverage and super-positive feedback, with Creative Director’s saying unheard of things like: “Nice work! Ring me next week”. Tammes and Mads strike again


Tammes and Mads from our third year, took a quick break from their internship at AKQA in Paris, to travel to Lisboa and compete in the Young Creatives Integrated advertising competition – and last night they took home a bronze for their work!

In the Young Creatives Integrated competition, young talent from all of Europe have just two days two days to show their skills. The competition is a challenging test of creative excellence and it’s a great way of getting noticed by the industry.

Mads and Tammes have already been doing well, they won the Danish YCCA competition in Digital this year and were chosen for Cream, a showcase of the 20 best graduate creative teams, and individuals chosen by top people from the industry.

Winners at Cream 2013 in London!

Mads Haugsted and Tammes Alexander Thomsen Bernstein from the 3rd year Kreativ Kommunikation were chosen to show their portfolio at the prestigious Cream Exhibition in London. The show was hosted by global recruiters, The Talent Business, and held at the swanky Google offices in London. Only 20 creative teams were selected for the show by a panel of top judges. It was a great evening with a high standard of work and a lot of business cards changing hands … well done guys!

Fingersurfing on Kickstarter

Our former student Toke Lotz and his Brother Regner Lotz have created this cool new toy for everyone who gets bored on long car trips. Now you can surf the breeze – with you fingers (and this nifty little board). The project has almost reached the 15.000 $ pledge but they need a few more backers to get all the way!
